New Employee Resource Center opens for COVID-19 questions
Employees should call the new Employee Resource Center at 1-844-543-2147, Option 2, with questions related to COVID-19. Employees should no longer call the COVID-19 Call Center.
Occupational Health professionals will be on hand seven days a week, 7 am – 7 pm, to answer questions from employees, including concerns about exposure, testing, vaccine reactions, quarantining, return to work, travel, etc.
Due to an overwhelming response from the community related to COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, going forward, the COVID-19 Call Center (833-ASK-YNHH) will be dedicated to patient and community vaccination needs.
The new dedicated line within the Employee Resource Center for employee COVID-19 questions and Occupational Health concerns will help provide employees with the information they need in a timely and efficient manner.
