About Us

Northeast Medical Group is a not-for-profit multispecialty medical foundation established in 2010. We have more than 130 community practices in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Westchester County, NY. Because we are part of Yale New Haven Health, our patients have access to all the resources of one of the country’s leading health systems, including our affiliated hospitals where Northeast Medical Group physicians also care for patients:

How We Care for You

Our healthcare providers are focused on high-quality, personalized care that is compassionate and sensitive to each patient’s needs. When you’re sick, your primary care provider – typically an internal or family medicine doctor –will provide expert care so you can feel better as quickly as possible. When you’re well, your primary care provider provides physicals and other preventive exams so any potential concerns can be detected early, when they’re most treatable. Your primary care doctor will arrange for additional care from specialists or other healthcare professionals when needed. Northeast Medical Group doctors practice in more than a dozen specialties, including pediatrics, cardiology, gastroenterology and podiatry. Together, they provide effective and coordinated care.
