Beth Gallagher, MA II
This quarter, Northeast Medical Group recognizes a valued member of its Diversity and Inclusion Council: Beth Gallagher.
Beth Gallagher, an MA II, has worked for NEMG since November 2018. In February 2020, she was invited to join the Diversity and Inclusion Council. An active supporter of community outreach, she is looking forward to volunteering her time to several diversity and inclusion programs, especially, Toys for Tots and clothing drives.
“Throughout my lifetime I have experienced discrimination and feel that it is important to be on the forefront of advocating and being a voice for those that continue to face these types of situations,” said Gallagher. “As both a vegan and member of the LGBTQ community, I have a strong desire to protect and speak up for those affected by discrimination for any reason. It is very rewarding to be able to use what I have learned and the knowledge that I have acquired from being on the Diversity and Inclusion Council to help others.”
