Simulation center earns national accreditation
The Simulation at Yale New Haven: Advancing Patient Safety and Education (SYN:APSE) Center for Learning, Transformation and Innovation recently earned accreditation certification for 2018 from the Society for Simulation in Healthcare. The center was re-accredited for education/teaching and newly accredited for systems integration. SYN:APSE provides expertise in simulation, education, human factors, project management and audiovisual technology. Simulation-based services include education and training, evaluation and assessment, facility design and testing, environmental and workflow analysis, systems integration and device testing.
