New maintenance and repairs request tool to launch at some NEMG practices
Effective Wednesday, Aug. 26, certain NEMG practices will have now access to an online tool to request maintenance and repairs. The tool is part the FaciliNet online portal.
For a list of practices that will introduce the tool, visit the Corporate Facilities page on the YNHHS employee intranet. (The list does not includes NEMG practices in or associated with YNHHS hospitals, which already use FaciliNet to request maintenance and repairs).
The FaciliNet portal allows users to request maintenance, repairs and space, look up existing requests and receive email updates on repair status. FaciliNet can be accessed via the Corporate Facilities intranet page.
