Access to the support you need, when and how you need it, with Employee and Family Resources' website

Need help with a work, life or family issue? Yale New Haven Health’s Employee and Family Resources (EFR) program recently launched a website – ynhhs.mybeaconwellbeing.com – that makes it even easier for you and your immediate family members to receive support.

To access this site, it is best to use Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari as your Internet browser. From the homepage, select the area where you are seeking assistance. In many cases, you can find a provider and schedule an appointment online. You can choose when and how you’d like to meet – by phone, by video, or in person (when social distancing guidelines are relaxed) – for up to six free sessions per area of support.

“I love this enhancement to the EFR program,” said Bud Wassell, EFR coordinator. “The new online scheduling feature makes it easier than ever to make an appointment with an EFR counselor – no phone call required. Many appointments are available within just a day or so.”

Prefer self-guided support? You can still find webinars, articles, assessments and more on the EFR site you’ve been using: www.achievesolutions.net/ynhhs. You can link seamlessly between the two pages for easy access to all of EFR’s well-being resources.

Live support remains available over the phone 24/7/365 at 877-275-6226.
