Quality and Safety
Safe, effective patient care is at the forefront of all we do. We deliver this level of care through our “culture of continuous improvement” which enables us to:
- Regularly monitor performance throughout Northeast Medical Group to see where we are reaching our goal as well as any areas for improvement
- Review our performance to ensure we are making informed, timely decisions that lead to better outcomes
- Use performance data to prioritize programs designed to improve patient care
Performance reports are reviewed by all key staff members, including leadership, physicians and administrators. Inpatient and outpatient care is also integrated across Yale New Haven Health System.
The result is effective, standardized safety protocols and quality control measures that enable Northeast Medical Group to deliver consistently high-quality, safe patient care.
