Shiela Tiples, CMA, MA II
This month, Northeast Medical Group recognizes a valued member of its Diversity and Inclusion Council: Shiela Tiples.
Shiela Tiples, a CMA, MA II, has worked for NEMG for four and a half years. She recently participated in the Amazing Race – the Race to Understanding contest, a months-long exercise challenging participants to engage in diverse activities in the community. Shiela was also invited to speak at the inaugural Diversity and Inclusion Summit, by Marna Borgstrom, YNHHS, CEO.
“The leaders and members of the Diversity and Inclusion Council set a great example for all YNHHS employees,” she said. “They teach us how to embrace our differences and be inclusive in order to achieve our goals. Knowing that our organization supports and implements diversity and inclusion in the workplace is a reward itself.”
