Community Outreach Committee completes annual coat drive

The Community Outreach Committee once again proved its dedication and commitment to helping those in need. During the annual coat drive, participating practices in the Bridgeport, Greenwich, New Haven and New London/Westerly regions collected an impressive 509 coats and an abundant assortment of hats, scarves, gloves, blankets and more.

“I strongly believe that no one should be left out in the cold without a warm coat, scarf, hat or gloves,” said Mary Rose, MA. “It’s bad enough that they are homeless, so we need to assist them as much as we can while they are seeking permanent housing. I truly thank God for every heart that was involved in this amazing turnout.”
