All Northeast Medical Group Walk-in care centers are now offering open access scheduling. In addition to arriving without an appointment, patients can now self-schedule for both in-person and video visits. As of June 17, 2021 314 patients completed a visit with NEMG using this platform. While a MyChart account is not needed to initially schedule an appointment, it will be required to conduct video visits. Learn more about making an appointment.
Walk-in locations provide care for a host of acute, non-emergent conditions, including a wide range of common illnesses and injuries, offering convenience for patients.
“We understand that people are very busy and it can be difficult finding time to get to our walk-in clinics,” said Daniel Hartman, MD. “With online self-scheduling, our patients can now schedule an appointment during a time that is convenient for them, and at a preferred site. Although our wait times are usually short, whether the patient self-schedules or just walks in, having a scheduled appointment gives the patient that extra guarantee of minimal waiting.”
