You have questions. HRConnect has answers.
Since its launch in 2015, HRConnect has fielded more than 144,000 inquiries, and the people behind the service are ready for more. Employees are encouraged to visit the HRConnect intranet site, where a wealth of benefit information is only a few clicks away.
“Our site puts information in the hands of employees,” said Marge Stehman, HRConnect manager. “I’ve even used it on the weekend when I needed rental car information.”
HRConnect averages about 160 calls per day and also handles all benefits administration. Employees with questions about tuition, health benefits, FMLA, retirement and other benefits can find the information at ynhhs.org/hrconnect, or on the Infor employee page under “HRConnect and Benefits.” The intranet site is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In October, 2018, the site was redesigned to include special sections for new hires and managers, as well as information about workers’ compensation, payroll and talent acquisition.
If employees don’t find their answers on the HRConnect site, they can submit questions by clicking “Ask HRConnect and View My Cases.” An HRConnect associate will respond within 24 hours. Alternatively, employees can call 844-543-2147 (844-543-21HR) 7:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday to speak to an HRConnect associate.
“Our staff are all YNHHS employees,” Stehman said. “They can look up information specific to the employee making the inquiry and delivery network he or she works for. We understand the importance of giving employees timely responses so they can get back to their patients and other responsibilities.”
