Prior to joining Northeast Medical Group, Dr. DoRosario served as Medical Director for PriMed, focusing on implementing policies, procedures and best practices among the group. Dr. DoRosario received his medical degree from Universidad De Navarra, Facultad De Medicina, Pamplona, Spain and is board certified in both geriatrics and internal medicine. He completed his residency and internship at St. Vincent’s Medical Center of Bridgeport.

Ellen Liquindoli, CPA

Vice President, Finance

Ellen Liquindoli, CPA, oversees a wide range of financial functions for Northeast Medical Group, including budget, revenue cycle, accounting and compensation. She has significant experience managing the financial operations of healthcare organizations throughout Connecticut. Before joining Northeast Medical Group, Ellen served as vice president of finance for Hartford HealthCare Medical Group. Previously, she held leadership roles at Alliance Medical Group, Optimus Healthcare and St. Francis Medical Group. Ellen is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain.

Christine Hines

Executive Director, Operations

Chris Hines leads practice operations in the Bridgeport Region. Prior to joining Northeast Medical Group in 2014, Christine was the Director of Operations and Account Manager at MED3000/McKesson in Shelton, CT. She received her BS in Healthcare Management from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT.

Robert Dickman

Executive Director, Operations

Robert Dickman leads practice operations in the New Haven Region and oversees Northeast Medical Group's walk-in centers. Prior to joining Northeast Medical Group, Robert was the Executive Director at Saint Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, CT and was responsible for the Franklin Medical Group and Outpatient Services. A veteran of the U.S. Navy Hospital Corps, Robert received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut and his MBA from Baker College in Flint, MI. He is board certified by the American College of Medical Practice Executives and is a senior member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society.

Candise Smith

Director, Regional Practice Operations

Candise Smith is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Northeast Medical Group practices in the Greenwich and Westchester region. She also supports Northeast Medical Group physicians based at Greenwich Hospital. Candise started in January 2009 as Supervisor of Practice Operations and led the successful onboarding and management of a number of Northeast Medical Group sites. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Hampton University in Hampton, VA, and she received her MBA from the Jack Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.
