Sarah H. Ilahi

Sarah Ilahi, DO, a board-certified pediatrician, is passionate about caring for children and supporting families from the newborn stage through adolescence. Dr. Ilahi has a special love for newborn care and enjoys guiding parents through the early stages of their child’s life, helping them feel confident and supported as they navigate this new journey. She is dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships with her patients and their families, forming meaningful bonds with parents while providing thoughtful, individualized care that supports each child’s growth and development. Dr. Ilahi has a special interest in common developmental and behavioral concerns, including ADHD and adolescent mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, preventive care, and working with adolescents on health, safety, and overall well-being.

Dr. Ilahi earned her medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM) and completed her pediatric residency at Atlantic Health System in New Jersey. Throughout her career, she has received several awards recognizing her excellence in teaching and compassionate communication. Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures and cuisines, hiking, and spending time with her family. Dr. Ilahi is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). She is fluent in English, has conversational proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and has a basic understanding of Urdu.
