Larisa A. Gillern, PA

Larisa Gillern, PA-C, a board-certified physician assistant, is passionate about a patient’s spiritual and emotional well-being just as much as their physical condition. She believes in treating patients as a whole, rather than addressing a singular problem. Larisa has a particular interest in both general and acute surgery and gains great satisfaction from having a clear plan to address and treat an issue as well as the immediate improvement she often sees afterwards.

Larisa earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Marist College and is board-certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She completed her post-graduate surgical residency program at Norwalk Hospital/Yale School of Medicine.
