Bryan Lawlor, MD is a board-certified Cardiac Electrophysiologist and offers care for a wide range of heart rhythm conditions. Dr. Lawlor specializes in medical and procedural treatments including catheter ablations and device implants, such as pacemakers and defibrillators for abnormal heart rhythms. He understands that experiencing or living with an abnormal heart rhythm can be difficult and stressful, so he is committed to listening carefully to his patients, educating them on their condition and the treatment options, and formulating the right treatment plan based on their values and goals.Dr. Lawlor grew up in the Hartford area, majored in biomedical engineering at Duke University, and then returned to Connecticut and earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Virginia Health System and completed his Cardiovascular Disease and clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Lawlor is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and Heart Rhythm Society and an inducted member of the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Gold Humanism Honor Society.
