Alexandra Stough, MD

Alexandra Stough, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician, takes pride in delivering personalized, preventive care in a friendly, personable manner that supports overall health and empowers patients to take an active role in their well-being. Dr. Stough’s special interests include women’s reproductive medicine, adolescent and young adult health, LGBTQ+ care, mental health care, and preventive medicine. She sees patients five years of age and up.

Dr. Stough earned her medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University (LKSOM) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her residency in family medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP). Growing up in Fairfield County, Dr. Stough is excited to return to her Connecticut roots. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, visiting the local walking trails and beaches, skiing and traveling. She is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).
