Every year, the third week in October is Medical Assistants Recognition Week. Oct. 21 this year was Medical Assistants Recognition Day, and Northeast Medical Group would like to take this opportunity to thank and recognize our medical assistants, who are at the heart of health care in the medical practice setting.
Whether they perform front- or back-office duties, medical assistants help administrative and clinical procedures run smoothly. The services they provide are too numerous to list. They make life easier not only for physicians and advanced practice clinicians, but also for patients and families.
