NEMG Endoscopy Center reaccredited by the Joint Commission

Congratulations to the Northeast Medical Group Endoscopy Center for a successful reaccreditation by the Joint Commission, an independent, not-for-profit organization that accredits and certifies healthcare entities. The Joint Commission’s accreditation, nationally recognized as a symbol of quality, reflects our center’s commitment to meeting the highest performance standards.

The center, located on White Plains Road in Trumbull, is a convenient alternative to a hospital-based surgical center. Board-certified gastroenterologists, highly qualified staff and a comfortable setting help ensure patients experience a pleasant and exceptional level of service during their visits.

The Endoscopy Center often receives positive reviews from patients about their experience:

“Each associate that I had the pleasure of meeting (from the front desk and scheduling staffs, to the nursing staff and ultimately Dr. Wang Lam) was outstanding. All YNHH facilities should be modeled after this facility. They value their patients and strive to provide superior service at every level.”

“This is a well-oiled machine that functions as a true team. Everyone works very well with each other and they each enjoy their work – which is evident in everything they do. It is like care you were accustomed to before all the healthcare cuts and ‘assembly line’ visits. That culture does not exist here, fortunately.”

“Everyone I dealt with at the Center was wonderful, kind, caring, experienced, compassionate and friendly. I had a wonderful experience (if one can say that about having an endoscopy!)”
