National Patient Experience Week celebrated

Northeast Medical Group recognized the efforts and accomplishments of its healthcare staff during National Patient Experience Week, April 23-27, 2018. National Patient Experience Week is an annual event which provides a focused time to celebrate achievements, reenergize efforts and honor the people who impact the patient experience every day.

Rhonda Way, program manager, patient experience said, “We are officially at the halfway mark of fiscal year 2018 and continue to exceed our stretch goal. With a mean score of 96.7 for our corporate objective (and PIP goal) for the question, Likelihood to Recommend the Practice, this places NEMG at the 94th percentile nationally. This is a tremendous accomplishment and we would like to thank everyone for their efforts and keeping patients at the center of everything we do.”
