National Patient Access Week observed

Northeast Medical Group celebrated National Patient Access Week, April 1-7, by honoring its Patient Service Associates (PSA) for their hard work and commitment to ensure patient satisfaction. The annual observance, established in 1982 by the National Association of Healthcare Access Management, recognizes PSAs for their continued excellence in promoting access in the healthcare continuum.

PSAs set the tone for new patients and are the familiar faces to longstanding patients and their families. They truly give “service with a smile” and handle a multitude of requests daily – from physicians to patients to insurance companies and more.

NEMG would like to thank its PSAs for paving the road to success in patient access management. Its dedicated staff are not only the face of the practices, promoting a positive patient experience and coordinating quality care with each visit to ambulatory locations, they are the goodwill ambassadors.
