Ellen Liquindoli, Vice President, Finance

Ellen Liquindoli oversees a wide range of financial functions for Northeast Medical Group, including budget, revenue cycle, accounting and compensation. She has significant experience managing the financial operations of healthcare organizations throughout Connecticut. Prior to joining Northeast Medical Group, Ellen served as vice president of finance for Hartford HealthCare Medical Group. Previously, she held leadership roles at Alliance Medical Group, Optimus Healthcare and St. Francis Medical Group. Ellen is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT.

ryan oconnell

Ryan O'Connell, MD

Ryan O'Connell, MD works as a strategic partner with Northeast Medical Group’s medical leadership on several key initiatives, including wellness, hospitalist patient engagement, and medical education. Previously, Dr. O’Connell held leadership roles at Bridgeport Hospital, including interim chief medical officer, vice president of performance and risk management and medical director of care coordination. Dr. O’Connell is a general internist who earned his medical degree from New York University and completed an internal medicine residency at Yale New Haven Hospital and medical informatics fellowship at Yale University.

lyn salsgiver

Lyn Salsgiver, Vice President, Community Health Equity, YNHHS

Lyn Salsgiver, MBA, has been named vice president of Community Health Equity, Yale New Haven Health. In this role, she will develop and implement a comprehensive plan to address health inequities in YNHHS’ communities and drive improvements in long-term health outcomes. Since joining Yale New Haven 26 years ago, Salsgiver has had various roles in health system development and strategic planning; was Bridgeport Hospital’s senior vice president of Planning and Marketing; and served most recently as YNHHS vice president of Strategy and Community Health Improvement. Salsgiver earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Dartmouth College and her MBA in health care management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
