Greenwich Hospital Receives Guardian of Excellence Award

Greenwich, CT (Nov. 20, 2018) – Greenwich Hospital received the 2018 Guardian of Excellence Award for Outpatient Services last week from Press Ganey, the nation’s leader in in measuring, understanding and improving the patient experience. The award recognizes top-performing health care organizations that consistently excel in patient experience.

The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award is a nationally-recognized symbol of achievement in health care. Presented annually, the award honors clients who consistently sustained performance in the top 5% of all Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during the course of one year. Greenwich Hospital's Outpatient Department is made up of 37 individual departments.

The Guardian of Excellence Award was presented to Greenwich Hospital at the Press Ganey National Client Conference in Orlando. Fifteen Greenwich Hospital staff members attended the ceremony to receive the award.
